The sponsoring tournament in favour of young golfers was a complete success!
Under the motto ‘Old meets young’, numerous golfers of different age groups took part in an exciting four-man scramble.
Old and young played together in a four-man scramble format, which gave participants the opportunity to learn from each other and put their skills to the test. The teams, each consisting of one young and three older golfers, performed impressively and made for an exciting tournament.
A particular highlight was the inspiring presentation on youth work at the golf club. Morgan D'Arcy emphasised the importance of promoting young talent and highlighted the successes and developments of recent years. The participants were enthusiastic and motivated to continue actively supporting youth work.
Another success was the willingness of the participants and guests to donate. A number of donations were already made during the tournament, which will benefit youth work. This support shows how important the promotion of young talent is to our members. For those who would like to get involved afterwards: we look forward to your support!
The sponsorship tournament with the generous and attractive prizes from our pro shop was a great success and a fantastic day for everyone involved. It not only promoted dialogue between the generations, but also strengthened the community at the golf club. A big thank you to all participants, sponsors, helpers and supporters who made this event possible!
We are already looking forward to next year and hope for an equally successful continuation of this wonderful tournament.
