We at Bergisch Land Golf Club in Wuppertal had the honour of hosting the DMM regional finals for juniors organised by the NRW Golf Association. 20 teams from the age groups up to 14, 16 and 18 years competed on the excellently maintained course. Despite difficult weather conditions with strong winds and rain, our greenkeepers managed to create fast greens and optimal playing conditions. The participants showed great performances, including a remarkable even-par round by Lauro Merten from Düsseldorf GC in the AK 16 category. The positive atmosphere and friendliness of all participants contributed to the success of the tournament and emphasised the commitment to promoting youth golf. All players and teams appreciated the excellent hospitality and first-class organisation. Many thanks to everyone involved for this great day and the superb organisation!
